But the plugin at ; http://www.orban.com/plugin/ ( suggested by Chris Barham ) says it will work in WMP 9. I will have to use a machine at the university to try it with OS X. Also of interest to me is that at the top of the list of AAC+ streams at; http://www.tuner2.com/ which Chris cites is Folk Alley which originates here!
