120 GB trade size (131,072 theoretical maximum) without Hard Drive
SpeedTools (HDST).

Practically unlimited with HDST (3 x 500 GB is certainly possible).

The standard one, or a Radeon 7000 PCI version.

1 GB maximum, as 4 x 256 MB PC100.

As a practical matter, you would be better off using a Gigabit E-net
G4 as your starting point (2 GB maximum, as 4 x 512 MB PC100/PC133).

Or, a Digital Audio (1.5 GB maximum, as 3 x 512 MB PC133).

In every case mentioned, the RAM must be "low density", but not
necessarily "low profile".
