The "noise" I was experiencing was a hardware issue--some interference somewhere, perhaps from a peripheral--that I heard through a speaker channel.
Not sure what you mean by still "seeing" it in Final Vinyl, or "internal noise", so maybe your problem is software-related. Try reinstalling the program; do you have the current version, try Googling "final vinyl noise" or similar. good luck.
