What OS?

It is probably the same in most Xs. In 10.4 open up the System  
Preferences. Go to Universal Access.

Under Seeing, the bottom option is Display, and that has the Black/ 
white reversal option.

It also has the key combo to activate it:
Command, option control 8

There does not appear to be a click combo involved.
