It is probably the same in most Xs. In 10.4 open up the System Preferences. Go to Universal Access. Under Seeing, the bottom option is Display, and that has the Black/ white reversal option. It also has the key combo to activate it: Command, option control 8 There does not appear to be a click combo involved.
