My trusty ol' G4 400MHz Gigabit has been slowin' down and yesterday reached the point that it would only fully boot in "safe" mode.
Did the original hardware test and everything checked out. Booted fine in OS9 even though I had not done so in at least two years. Once in safe mode, I performed a task that has worked in the past and worked again last night and now everything is fine. Any guesses on what I did? Just thought that this might be a diversion from the Texas 100 degree heat... I love this group!
