From Jaguar on, both Smurfs have had G4/450 processors. Jaguar ran
great on the original G3, though both units had max ram.
Tiger ran quite well with ~G4 Inside~ and 1GB ram... even DVD playback
was acceptable.
I have a Grape iMac 333 MHz that has Panther installed and it seems to
run okay, but I seldom have the machine up and running. I =think= that
machine has 128 MB ram... pilfering the extra for a notebook boxen.
I've thought about trying to install Tiger on the Grape, but having my
Intel iMac has moved that project way downward on the to-do list. ;-)
