The unknown for my situation is - if a Mac throws out the trash on a disk with a FAT32 file system, is it different from how Windows does it, and can it be untrashed under Windows?
I'm afraid it might be one of those things that's neither fish nor fowl, that falls between the cracks, and lotsa luck. I'm trying some free software called PC Inspector (which seemed to work on something else I tried it with), and someone recommend for-pay software called GetBackData, that has a free trial that lets you open for use what gets recovered without being able to save it. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are a member of G-Group, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
