Sorry if this sounds stupid, but just to be clear, you're typing them as seperate commands, so "reset nvram" (press enter), then type "reset all" (press enter)?

Also, try unplugging everything not needed to boot the machine and see if that helps? Just leave the boot drive, video card, and 1 stick of ram in (might need 2x256MB sticks as a minimum to get leopard to boot tho)? Try a different video card? Will it boot into target disk mode? Got another mac with FireWire?
