Quick google for "DVR-117D to DVR-108" turns up http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/tips/FlashingDVR-117guide.html, which has a link to http://lasvegas.rpc1.org/DVRFlash_v2.1.zip, which appears to be a newer version of the archive you are looking for.
