Hello, folks. Has anybody had experience with getting Mac's Mail client to interface with "mail.q.com"? I can send mail out via smtp.q.com, but Mac Mail times out on "port 587" when it tries to download mail.
We are using the Actiontec Q1000 modem/router with Qwest VDSL2 service. Had no problems in the past sending or receiving mail via Cox cable service -- there also using a separate Linksys router and Moto modem.
