I'm in the process of hacking 10.3.9 on my G4 Mac mini to be a little more current. So far I've dropped in the graphics from Lion. I've now moved on to updating the UNIX tools, starting with GCC. I'm aiming to get some slightly more recent software working under X11. If anyone is interested I'd be happy to continue posting about my progress.
