Kris, I think you're thinking of the later G3 iMacs. For a G3 333MHZ iMac, because of lack of FireWire ports, you can only run up to 10.3.9. Unless you use a tool like XPostFacto, in which case you could run 10.4.11. The ram maxes out at 512MB.
