If you do not click on anything, and force quit your browser the moment the 
stupid thing appears, you’re ok.

There ARE Mac versions of these out there, I ran into one a couple years ago.

So long as you’re aware that you can’t get infected with this stuff via a web 
browser unless you interact with the web page they’re fun to play with. I was 
able to make them think my system was, variously, a Mac, a PC and IIRC a linux 
system by changing the web browser agent string via Safari’s Developer menu.
