Not sure if my current fixes will work retro as per your needs, but: take a look at iMazing and PhotoSync. You may have to dig deep into their archives or simply inquire if they have a compatible version for your circumstance. Apparently theres a PC app that enable airplay between PC and Mac so seems someone must have a retro fix for this problem. hth
