It would appear that the g4u.fs file is no longer included on the CD
ISO.
I know I can download the two floppy .fs files but I am trying to create
a USB stick to boot from and so far have only managed to get one working
with version 1.17 as that CD ISO includes the .fs file.
Am I missing something, and is there somewhere I can download the latest
.fs file to build a USB memory stick?
