One way is rejecting all requests. The other way is the anonymous MUST get the agreement from user before adding user. I used the 2nd way in GAIM, but when my friend added me, I can't get the request notify from GAIM. So I can't approve my friend's request. Now I have to allow all anonymous to add me without agreement.
