Category: None Group: gtk bug #153219 >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: krahnik (krahnik) Assigned to: Daniel Atallah (datallah) Summary: im window appears slightly off screen Initial Comment: when an incoming message pops up in a new IM window, the top of the window is displaced above my viewable desktop, under the windows taskbar (which i keep docked at the top of the screen). and, the left side of the IM window is displaced left of my viewable desktop, under my desktool shortcut bar, which i keep docked on the left side of the screen. thus, i don't see the menu titles at the top, or the left side of IM windows, and have to resize the window and move it to read messages and reply. i would like a setting in GAIM which allows a customizable memory of where on the screen to pop up new windows (or just pop them up in the CENTER. i am running windows xp. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Daniel Atallah (datallah) Date: 2005-04-18 16:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=325843 I created a plugin that acts as a workaround to this GTK bug.
