That's not a real issue: nothing in Galette currently relies on version.
The only issue is user cannot know easily which version is installed.
I cannot edit an existing release, the only way to fix would be to
release a fixed 1.0.4.1 version, that seems a bit overkill to me (but
I'll do if asked).
Also, to prevent issues in the future, I've created a ticket(1); I'll
implement a check on release build to prevent that kind of issue in the
future.

As a quick-fix, you can manually change to the correct version.
