When I make an installation package (in Ubuntu), it doesn't generate the necessary dependences for the modules that I need for my program to run. I want to install my program in another computer by I don't want to install/compile gambas as a whole.
Can this be done? Thanks Marcel Dimitris Anogiatis wrote: > > to see what gambas packages you need to install a gambas binary > you can press ctrl + p in the IDE and select the components tab > > the ones that are clicked are the ones your program requires to be present > when you install the final deb package > > Hope it helps > Dimitris > > On Sat, Feb 28, 2009 at 2:19 PM, Fabien Bodard <gambas...@gmail.com> > wrote: > >> yes >> >> 2009/2/25 Joshua Higgins <joshigg...@googlemail.com>: >> > I'm assuming that installing gambas2-runtime in Ubuntu, I'd still need >> to >> > install gambas2-gb-net package to work if my program uses a UDP server, >> for >> > example? >> > >> > -- >> > joshua higgins >> >>>>>>>------ >> > >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >> > Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San >> Francisco, >> CA >> > -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the >> Enterprise >> > -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source >> participation >> > -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: >> SFAD >> > http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H >> > _______________________________________________ >> > Gambas-user mailing list >> > Gambas-user@lists.sourceforge.net >> > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gambas-user >> > >> >> >> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >> Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, >> CA >> -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the >> Enterprise >> -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source >> participation >> -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: >> SFAD >> http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H >> _______________________________________________ >> Gambas-user mailing list >> Gambas-user@lists.sourceforge.net >> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gambas-user >> > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, > CA > -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the > Enterprise > -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source > participation > -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: > SFAD > http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H > _______________________________________________ > Gambas-user mailing list > Gambas-user@lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gambas-user > > -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/question-about-gambas2-runtime-tp22211061p22279540.html Sent from the gambas-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Open Source Business Conference (OSBC), March 24-25, 2009, San Francisco, CA -OSBC tackles the biggest issue in open source: Open Sourcing the Enterprise -Strategies to boost innovation and cut costs with open source participation -Receive a $600 discount off the registration fee with the source code: SFAD http://p.sf.net/sfu/XcvMzF8H _______________________________________________ Gambas-user mailing list Gambas-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/gambas-user
