I had all kinds of weird issues so I moved to gb3 and qt4 on Linux Ultimate edition 2.5 (Ubuntu 9.10 based) and the problem was solved. The UI issues gave me freaking headaches and I was too willing to blame Gambas but I was wrong. As soon as I got to gb3 and qt4, all of those kinds of issues went away. Hint!
