in fact the idea will be to make a Gambas apps self planet. Each application have a list of needed libs, and versions of it.
if one app have a more recent lib it replace the older and if not exist, add it. if a lib is not used anymore by all the installed apps it is removed this job is done by the remover application that read all the application liblist make a fullneeded list and compare to the real installed libs in the folder.
