Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open IDE.
2. Create new project.
3. Create new folder to Sources folder (default folder, the one created by
IDE). Name created folder as "folder1".
4. Create another folder to Sources folder. Name it to "folder2".
5. Cut "folder1" and paste it to "folder2".

Folder1 disappears!

Expected; Folder1 is moved to folder2.

No subversion involved.
