Dim DateCurrent as Float
DateCurrent = -1.71063190910317E+10
Print Format$(CDate(DateCurrent), "mmmm d, yyyy, hh:nn:AM/PM")

I was experimenting and randomly ran across this bug. It looks like the 
CDate function works, but that formatting it doesn't.
