So, I don't think you can use it to get clear MD5 sums.

But you can use this;

Dim sPassword As String
Dim sCheckSum As String

sPassword = "MyPassWord"
Shell "echo -n '" & sPassword & "' | md5sum" To sCheckSum
sCheckSum = Left$(sCheckSum, 32)

Print sCheckSum
