OK, without full path it works, but not completely.

Example with theme "LowContrast" I don't see correct icons.

gb.form: init stock with icon theme: 'LowContrast'
gb.form: desktop is XFCE
gb.form: add icon path: /usr/share/icons/LowContrast/&1x&1!&2
gb.form: add icon path: /usr/share/icons/gnome/&1x&1!&2
gb.form: add icon path: stock/&2


Output with oxygen, which seem to work correctly:

gb.form: init stock with icon theme: 'oxygen'
gb.form: desktop is XFCE
gb.form: add icon path: /usr/share/icons/oxygen/&1x&1!&2
gb.form: add icon path: /usr/share/icons/hicolor/&1x&1!&2
gb.form: add icon path: /usr/share/icons/gnome/&1x&1!&2
gb.form: add icon path: stock/&2
