And you should add, you don't need to switch to page 2 when page 1 is 
ready, but when you end your printing of page 1, this will be at the end 
of the Draw event: it leaves the Draw event, and then the Draw event is 
called a second time automagically. So, for each page, all the 
organization to cover the different pages has to be made in Draw.
