On Ubuntu 16.04 I had understood that QT5 Configuration Tool (qt5ct) was for QT5 as QT4 Configuration for QT4. I obtained from PPA as well: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8 sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install qt5ct As soon as installed, there was to be added to ~/.profile this line: QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=”qt5ct" then restart. Unfortunately it does not work, someone knows more than me?
