I am sure if you do so the master professionals in this list will be able to tell you if those features are really missing; if there are good workarounds; or perhaps if you should forget gambas and try something different. If gambas can not do what you have to do, then I see no point in insisting. But, if you want to get some help in clarifying this issue, then you' be better be more specific.
