Hiding email addresses of senders seems to be a common problem for
Outlook Express and Outlook users. Microsoft decided it would be cool
and neat to only display the name of the person associated with an email
address and not the email address itself. So for this reason those users
seem to have a problem in seeing someone's email address. Believe me,
the email address of the sender is quite there and quite visible. The
following tip will work regardless of which screen reader if any someone
uses. The important thing is that unless you are not an Outlook user
this will not apply.

To see the person's email address do the following:

1. Instead of pressing enter to open a message to read it press
alt-enter to open the message properties.

2. Press shift-tab to get to the general tab control.

3. Press right arrow to get to the details control.

4. Press tab to put focus on the readonly edit box.

Here you can see all the message headers. Most will probably not be of
any interest to you. However the person's sender email address will
clearly be seen. For example if you are looking in this message's
properties you will see something like:

From: "Raul A. Gallegos" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Just don't confuse the list address with the person's email address. The
name of the person on the From line will help you out.

BTW, any list message contains in the headers information on
unsubscribing and managing your list but since many do not know about
this we put some basic list management information at the bottom of each
message sent to the list.

Hope this helps and please respond privately if you have questions or
comments about this message.
