Having heard this game as well, I can tell you that all the character voices 
are different, though none of them are the voices from the films, which is 
surprising given that EA made the game. At any rate, I wouldn't really say 
each ball has its own effect. When you smack a bludger, you get to control 
that bludger for a few seconds. During that time, there is a sort of audio 
effect. Also, you can't miss when the snitch appears, as the crowd goes wild 
and the announcers, well, announce it. The game then turns entirely to the 
seekers as they race for it. Hope that helps.
