Hey MissWings, I love Sryth. I admit it. I am hooked on that game. The reason you probably don't have magic is that you didn't start with a high enough mind, spirit or aura skill. You have to have any of those skills at 12 or higher to start with magical abilities.
And, I have the adventurer's guild and I love that too. It gives you access to adventurer's and you otherwise couldn't do. But, also you can use any adventurer tokens you recieve, which are special currency, to obtain special, powerful items. Also, when you are an AG member, you can participate in the proving grounds. I have only been in one, since I have only been a member for a few months. But, it is like a story and you are the hero of it and have to do things in each part. It lasts a month and all the AG members can play and your score is posted on the leaders board. You get loads of experience from this, as well as good equipment and adventurer tokens.
