Hello Nicol and all. First I apologize to the list moderators for sending business emails of this kind to this list, however since Nicol is having trouble contacting us for some reason I wanted to get back to him right away and this list seemed like the quickest way.
Nicol, I tested the email accounts yesterday and was able to send mail to both support and [EMAIL PROTECTED] however there was some delay between sending them and receiving them back, which I suspect is what is causing a problem with your email security. There is very likely nothing we can do about this delay however, so if you cannot have your email security software wait longer for the messages to go through then you will have to contact us with another email account. As to your order, as long as you followed all instructions on the page that you got aftr placing it, then our processor will get your payment and issue you your unlock code. i will see if i can check the status of this.
