Hi, What mottle do you have. I have generally found Tosheba Sattlelights to be pretty reliable. However, yours seams to be the exception that breaks the rule. No offense based on your description your Tosheba is a pile of junk. My current laptop gaming/work machine is an Averetec 6200.
