Hi,
One other key to add to the collection is windows + pause key (the pause key
on a standard keyboard is the farthest right key on the 3-pack to the right
of the f12 key on the same row). This keystroke will bring up a computers
system properties dialogue box.

  Hi Dark,
I don't know of any official list of them, but here are a couple more I
use to add to the list I already gave. Windows-f brings up the Windows
find dialog, and Windows-h brings up the Windows help system. Oh yeah,
and Windows-b will drop you right on the system tray no matter where you
  are.
The Windows key shortcuts are super invaluable when you learn them you
wonder how you did without. Why got to start and run when Windows-r from
anywhere will take you there. Why go tot the start menu to run find when
Windows-f from anywhere will open the dialog to run the find. If you
want to land square on your taskbar no matter where you are Windows-tab
and you are instantly taken there.
BTW. I might add I amd doing this using Windows XP SP2. If you are using
something else besides XP you will have to check and see if your Windows
version supports those keys. I know some of them have been around since
  95/98, and some are newer.
