internet browser has blocked the site for some reason. Perhaps trying
a different web browser might help render some clues as to the
problem. For instance, if you are using Internet Explorer trying
Firefox might work. If you are using Firefox and getting that error
try Internet Explorer and see if you still get that error. If one
works and not the other then you may have to look at your browser
settings to see if it has blocked the site by accident. If both
browsers fail to load the site then perhaps you have a firewall or
similar blocking the site.
