Hi Shaun, I see. Well, you are out of luck there. All of the package managers like rpm, dpkg, packman, etc are pretty much exclusive to Linux. Windows has its own setup and installers like Nullsoft, Inno Setup, Microsoft Setup Installer, etc which work totally different from the Linux setup and installers.
