Not likely. There is no commonality between email providers and the
subscriptions that aren't working. A couple were disabled due to
excessive bouncing which should not be happening since even a free
email service like gmail gives someone 7 GB for a basic account. Gone
are the days of email services being only one to five MB in size, and
anyone who has such a limited quota from their mail service is
seriously getting ripped off. So I am not sure why Mailman is
disabling accounts based on bounced messages unless a number of mail
providers stopped receiving mail all at once which is pretty darn
unlikely.
