As for the map, if scrolling and touching aren't enough, that's all anyone has. Sighted folks don't get a distance reading either. I suggest using the "Send Resources" or "Support" options when you tap a castle to get a direct time reading. As for the alliance, castle, and player links, double tap and hold to activate them.
