Hi Charles,

I didn't' take your message as being overly harsh or arrogant, but the
issue here is that some people do not want to change. Good or bad we
can't tell people to change their ways if they have no desire to do
so. My wife, for example, has a habit of using double negatives in a
sentence, which drives me up the wall, but I've done given up trying
to explain that she can not use the word nothing in the same sentence
as couldn't, didn't, wouldn't, etc. However, until she realizes how
uneducated that makes her sound when she uses a double negative I am
just talking to a block wall. I think your issue of repeatedly asking
people to spell iPhone correctly is a similar exorcize in futility.

Cheers!
