Actually it doesn't matter which one you enter, because there's a hole in one of the walls that connects the two mausoleums together.
The easiest way to get around in the mausoleums is to realize that it's laid out in four sections: the northeast corner contains skeletons, the southeast corner contains ghouls and mists, the southwest corner contains zombies, and the northwest corner contains vampires. Based on the creatures you see, you'll know what section you're in.
