Actually what you have to do is when you are on general, is hit right arrow to open the general section of the treview, , then down arrow to voice

(I like having alternatives like these.) With the latter two screen readers, you can make them "sleep" while playing self-voicing games, though with JAWS it involves setting it in the configuration manager on an application basis. I'm wondering if it's possible to do this with Window-Eyes, or do you have to completely shut it down before you can play a game? Thanks.
