Hi Ishan, The first level of Monkey Business really requires headphones if you want to follow the professor around the level to the lab. I suppose you can do it with speakers too but you have to be careful to keep his whistling centered at all times or you will walk into walls etc.
As for playing Monkey Business on a laptop you are going to have to get and use an external USB keyboard or something. When the game was originally developed it was not designed for laptop keyboards, and therefore is very difficult to play on a laptop unless you have an external USB keyboard or a full sized laptop keyboard.
