Hi Ishan, Are you talking about the bio disrupter mines? That all depends on A, if you found any, and B, if you have any just drop one and when an enemy monster comes in range it will trigger the mine and it will explode.
If you are talking about the disrupter pistol the short answer is you can't. You don't find one of those until a higher level unless you use the all weapons cheat code. Cheers!
