Please keep in mind that different phrases are taken differently in different parts of the world. I am 100% positive Charles meant only positive things by what he said, so we should focus on that more than our own interpretation of the sentence.It is similar to how some people will wish to celebrate when someone dies, while others want to mourn. It is more important to focus on the intent, rather than on the words.
