Hi Tom.

I'll check the database, I thought it did have links to dan's page but wasn't sure. I do agree with you about temporary hosting though, it's much better if the hosting is perminant than just a community of random people handing around files as and when requested, sinse otherwise it makes it very hard for newbies to find things.

I did think the audiogames.net database had the url to danZ's page with his games, I'll check to make sure though. The only reason I didn't give it out originally is I'd already provided a few links to sites like kitchinsinc and so didn't want too crowded a response, plus I didn't have DanZ's page in my favourites so would've had to go onto audiogames.net and look it up for myself and I'm a lazy person :D.

All the best,

Dark.

Hi Dark and all,

Daniel Zingaro's games such as Chainlink, and Search Party can be
found on Daniel Zingaro's personal website
http://www.danielzingaro.com
where they have been for the last several years. So if you don't know
about Daniel Zingaro's site I'd suggest updating the Audiogames.net
database to reflect that as it is the official site where all of the
old DanZ Games can be downloaded from.

Hi.

You can search the audiogames.net database by genre, including word games
and trivia games.
Off the top of my head, the blind gamers spoonbill games which include
boggle, scrabble and crosswords over at
http://www.omninet.net.au/~irhumph/blindgamers.htm might do.

There are also the games by the late great Jim Kitchin over at
http://www.kitchensinc.net/ which include once again a trivia game and a
very funny hangman.

Also if you go to 7-128.com there are several definition based games such
as synonyms and antonyms.

There were also a couple of games by Daniel Zingaro which at one point were

commercial but have sinse been made freeware, these include chainlink and
search party. I'm unfortunately not sure where these are at the moment or
who is hosting them.

hth.

this is probably only a selection of the games I happen to remember, your
probably best off searching audiogames.net as I said for a more complete
list.

All the best,

Dark.
