I'm at a point in the idlewood quests where I got four lifestones
released. I've figured out the locations of two more of the stones and
both locations have guardians on those stones that overmatch my character.
The quests I have been running I've run solo up to this point. With the
necromancer and druid it is taking me multiple attack sessions to gain a
few percent of experience and I haven't killed either of them just yet.
For the other players of alteraeon, how many quests did you get into the
game before you figured out the rest of these quests need a group to run
with or simply cannot be done by the character you had developed up to
that time?
I started out as a warrior then started developing each additional class
when it got too expensive to continue developing classes already
developed. If I restart this character, I'm thinking what I'll try is to
develop all stats when opportunity presents itself until there are no
complaints about stat levels when I do check <monster-type> and then use
any remaining practices to develop skills. In putting my existing
character together every so often and apparently not often enough I spent
practices on stats then spent remaining practices on skills.
