If you get the right version, yes. There's a thousand point version which was the last expansion of the original game and I enjoyed that one most of all. When I downloaded it I got it off compuserve when compuserve was still a useable place to go. Compuserve is gone as is delphi.com and genie.com too.

I found a copy of this game out on the internet, and I can get it running as an 
audio game with dictation on the iphone and ipad with a week or two of work.
Here's a wiki about the game.  Many of you have probably played it - it's the 
grandfather of adventure games.
