As far as I know they've been taken down. As for the shadow stone I found one in the third proving grounds contest, but I don't know of where else you can find one. Maybe someone knows more than me about different adventures in the game and can help you better. I still had three adventures to do involving Runeskin's accomplices, but at least I managed to get one of the black gems so maybe that'll help.
