We as American's are devided about tis. Some feel the same as you but I do
not.
I truly love freedom in America and want to keep my freedoms that have been
going away. Guns is just one of those issues.
If students have been allowed to open carry guns in school, there
wouldn't be caos and constant shootings. That killer could have been cut
down right away by someone and a lot less people would have been killed.
Instead, that killer had a filed day just shooting out tons of unarmed
students. I don't know why people seem to think that a little law is going
to make things better. As if writing down on a piece of paper to destroy all
guns is really going to destroy them. No. Banning all guns is horrible. It
takes guns out of the hands of law-abiding innocent citizens who want guns
for self defense. But what it fails to do is take guns out of the hands of
most criminals which just makes your situation worse! People in
Masechusettes (idk how to spell that) had been made criminals of. They still
want to cary guns so they smuggle them over the border and are now
criminals. I knew what would happen in Texas when they were going to raise
the taxes of cigarettes from 43 cents to $1.43. Sure enough, I was right.
Lots of people go over the border or online to get cigarettes which of
course is illegal. You are making criminals out of innocent people. I am not
a smoker and I never want to smoke but if someone wants to smoke they should
have the right to do what they want with their body. My state of Illinois
wants to bann smoking in all restaurants. I say no! The restaurant owner
should make that decision and if you don't like the smoke at Deeny's, go to
the Cracker Barrel where the owners don't allow smoking. It is the same with
guns. Don't make criminals out of innocent people. If you keep the guns in
their hands, it will keep the criminals who will still have the guns anyways
in check.
