but also, it's always amused me that in ancient Griece the words had 
opposite meanings. If I remember properly, "politician" means "man of the 
city" ie, someone who took part in governing the city and speaking in the 
public forum which made decisions for the city as a hole, ---- like whether 
to go to war or not.

"Idiot" I believe meant someone concerned with their own affairs who didn't 
take any part in the city government.

So, in ancient griece it was impossible to be both a politician and idiot at 
the same time, ----- obviously a lot has changed sinse then smile!
